4 in a block flat. I'm on the ground floor. I share a path and drying green. That's not grass anymore but concrete. I have a small back garden. And a small front garden. I have a door from living room that opens straight into my front garden. So it is totally private. The gardens are not too small. Plenty room for a bench, table and chairs and 2 or 3 sunloungers or fire pit and barbaque.
Big double bedroom. No built in wardrobes. Other room can fit a double bed but is smaller. Good size kitchen and average toilet.

Get the sun all day in the gardens. From sunrise to sundown
Fairly quiet area. Small housing scheme. Kids safely play out in the street in fair weather. Around the corner is a dead end. Making it safer, and cars can't drive fast. Plenty parking spaces for each block. Neighbours decent and friendly. Really quiet overall.
About 10/15min walk to nearest shop (co-op) Another 10/15 to school and main shops

Ive got a dog so dogs must be allowed.
I want easy access garden.
