A spacious 2 bedroom flat with good internal storage overlooking the Firth of Forth river in the popular area of Ravens Craig in Kirkcaldy. The flat is in the high rise middle block with an elevator. The beach is on the doorstep with Ravens Craig park a 5 minute walk. The popular coastal town of Dysart is along the road too with its historic buildings are working port. Kirkcaldy High Street is a 10-15 minute walk downhill.
The flat has 2 double bedrooms and the living room has a full wall window of sliding doors access to the balcony that can easily fit a table and chairs for 2 or 3 people. The bathroom is a shower only, however it may have had a bath in it at one time.
The flats are secure entry, they also have a janitor and access to a laundrette on allocated times in the week per property. The car park which can be seen from the living room and bedrooms has plenty spaces for residents. There are lots of dog walkers and friendly neighbours.

I would like to find a 2-3 bedroom house with a garden in Kirkcaldy and surrounding areas. It would be lovely to be on the outskirts of the town or beyond. I would not like a flat.
