Myself and my partner, along with my 3 year old step daughter are looking for a reasonably spacious family home to live in and expand our family in the near future.
We would be looking for a property close to amenities such as, a nursery/primary school, doctors, shops and transport links to visit family.
Our ideal property, would preferably be a house or bungalow.
Would consist of 2 or 3 bedrooms, a spacious private safely enclosed garden for my step daughter to safely play in and to keep our dog safe.
With reasonable sized rooms throughout and a kitchen or living room big enough for a table.
The bathroom must have a bath and shower or shower over bath for my step daughter.
Ideally we wouldn't want lots of steps leading upto the house front and back, due to disability and elderly family members visiting.
We would preferably not want a property right on a busy main road, but we wpuld consider viewing a property if it meets the other needs.
Our preferred areas would be Rosyth, Duloch, Inverkeithing, Dunfermline and Dalgety bay
