Cairn Housing Association is one of Scotland’s largest providers of affordable homes. We have been serving communities across the whole of Scotland for over 25 years. We have almost 3,500 homes across 24 local authorities – making us one of Scotland’s most geographically diverse social landlords. In Fife, we have retirement properties in Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes and Rosyth and we have general needs or amenity properties in Kirkcaldy, Cowdenbeath, Kelty & Burntisland.

Service Update
14th July 2025 - FHR Team Emails
From the 14th July the FHR Team will no longer be able to reply to individual emails due to additional pressures caused by the Housing Emergency. This email address should continue to be used to provide additional information regarding your application, an automatic reply will confirm we have received your information.
June 2023 - The Fife Housing Register Team have moved base from New City House, Dunfermline to Brunton House, Cowdenbeath. Any Post being sent to the FHR Team should be sent to the following;
