Cosy Kingdom

If you live in Fife and are struggling to heat your home, the free Cosy Kingdom energy advice service can help you and your family keep warm and save money.

Many of the homes in Fife leak heat and heating systems can be inefficient or hard to control. Add to that, rising gas and electricity costs, and trying to keep your home warm can be a worry.

Cosy Kingdom is there to help! This free and impartial service is open to all tenants and homeowners and has already helped over 5,000 Fifers – why not join them?

Home Energy Scotland

The Energy Saving Trust manages delivery of the Scottish Government’s home energy schemes through Home Energy Scotland. For telephone advice (free from landlines and most mobiles) call 0808 808 2282 or text ‘WARM’ to 81025 for a call back.

Service Update

FHR Assessments Update

We are currently outwith our agreed times for assessing applications and apologise for the delay. We’re working hard to resolve this and assessments are taking around around 28-days currently. This information will be updated regularly until we have cleared our backlog. Thank you for your patience.

FHR Review Letters

There has been an issue in sending out some of our annual review letters. We apologise for any issues caused by this and are happy to reinstate any applications impacted by this. The FHR Team are unable to reply to individual emails received due to additional pressures caused by the Housing Emergency.
