What are the Mortgage to Rent and Mortgage to Shared Equity schemes?
- If you own your home and are in danger of having it repossessed as a result of financial difficulties, the Scottish Government may be able to help you.
- The Scottish Government operates two schemes, as part of the Home Owners' Support Fund, to help owners who are experiencing difficulty in paying any loans that are secured against their property - the Mortgage to Rent scheme and the Mortgage to Shared Equity scheme.

FHR Assessments Update
Applications are being assessed within 20-days and the FHR Team are working on applications dated from 16th June currently.
FHR Review Letters
There has been an issue in sending out some of our annual review letters. We apologise for any issues caused by this and are happy to reinstate any applications impacted by this. The FHR Team are unable to reply to individual emails received due to additional pressures caused by the Housing Emergency.
