Wheatley Homes East

Wheatley Homes East is a registered social landlord providing affordable housing, care and support to people in need living in Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife. We own and manage 6400 homes, investing heavily in our current homes, as well as building new homes in our communities.

Wheatley Homes East is a non-profit making charity and is proud to be part of the Wheatley Group, Scotland’s leading housing, care and property management group

Wheatley Homes East own approximately 140 social rented homes in Fife, in Dunfermline and Kelty.

We are a 100% Fife Housing Register nomination partner.

FHR Assessments Update

Applications are being assessed within 20-days and the FHR Team are working on applications dated from 30th May currently.

FHR Review Letters

There has been an issue in sending out some of our annual review letters. We apologise for any issues caused by this and are happy to reinstate any applications impacted by this. If you receive one of the delayed review letters please contact us at FHR.StayOnHousingList@fife.gov.uk as soon as possible
