Mutual exchange properties

Through our online HomeSwap service tenants can ask for their property to be included on our public register to help advertise their home. You can see public adverts here.

You can’t post a public advert without joining HomeSwap, but you can make contact with a tenant using our online enquiry form.

Please consider the information given in the advert before sending an enquiry to them.

Not all tenants will opt for a public advert, so you could be missing out on other properties. If you can sign up to HomeSwap, we recommend you do.

You need to be a social housing tenant to register for HomeSwap and to consider a Mutual Exchange.
