Glen Housing Association
Glen Housing Association is a registered social landlord providing affordable homes for rent. Our Association was formed in 1998 from the merger of two small community based Associations, Collydean Community Housing Association and Glenfield Housing Association (both formed in 1992).
We own and manage circa 500 houses. Our area of operation is Glenrothes and Levenmouth, mainly general needs houses and flats but also wheelchair adapted and amenity bungalows.
Glen Housing Association was established in 1998 following the merger of Collydean Community Housing Association and Glenfield Housing Association, which were both formed originally in 1993.
We are a full Fife Housing Register partner.

FHR Assessments Update
Applications are being assessed within 20-days and the FHR Team are working on applications dated from 26th May currently.
FHR Review Letters
There has been an issue in sending out some of our annual review letters. We apologise for any issues caused by this and are happy to reinstate any applications impacted by this.
