Hillcrest Homes
Hillcrest Homes is one of Scotland’s largest Housing Associations, providing an extensive range of Housing, Support and Social Enterprises across Fife, Tayside, Perthshire, Edinburgh and Angus. We have around 6500 properties, and apart from our Mid Market Rent and Shared Ownership schemes, all are allocated on a needs basis. In Fife we have around 315 properties. The majority are located in Glenrothes, but we also have properties in St Andrews, Newburgh, Lochgelly and Cupar.
We are a full Fife Housing Register partner.

Service Update
14th July 2025 - FHR Team Emails
From the 14th July the FHR Team will no longer be able to reply to individual emails due to additional pressures caused by the Housing Emergency. This email address should continue to be used to provide additional information regarding your application, an automatic reply will confirm we have received your information.
June 2023 - The Fife Housing Register Team have moved base from New City House, Dunfermline to Brunton House, Cowdenbeath. Any Post being sent to the FHR Team should be sent to the following;
