Ore Valley Housing Association

Ore Valley Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord with charitable status. who are based in Cardenden with around 750 properties located in the Cardenden, Lochgelly and Lochore areas.

Our primary aim is to provide good quality affordable homes for rent. We are also involved in a wide range of other projects supporting the communities where our homes are located.

The majority of our properties are for general needs but we also have a limited number of adapted bungalows.

We also offer Mid Market Rent housing options via Ore Valley Enterprises Ltd (OVE) which is a subsidiary company of Ore Valley Housing Association. OVE are a registered private landlord who manage and provide Mid Market Rent properties throughout Fife.

We are a full Fife Housing Register partner.

FHR Assessments Update

Applications are being assessed within 20-days and the FHR Team are working on applications dated from 16th June currently.

FHR Review Letters

There has been an issue in sending out some of our annual review letters. We apologise for any issues caused by this and are happy to reinstate any applications impacted by this. If you receive one of the delayed review letters please contact us at FHR.StayOnHousingList@fife.gov.uk as soon as possible
