Very large 3 bed maisonette in Glendale leven.
The good points: house is huge. Tons of storage. Large living room/ large Kitchen that take a table with 4 chairs with plenty space/ decent size bathroom with a non mains shower over the bath and recently wet walled celing and bath/shower area /bedroom 1 takes a king-size bed. Bedroom two takes a double as does bedroom 3. All hold plenty furniture also.
Storage:
large hall cupboard with electric box used as coats and shoes.
Smaller cupboard under stairs holds a small size chest freezer.
Cupboard in living room holds tumble dryer and linen storage on top.
Cupboard next to front door into eves of the house....huge and holds all extra junk you don't want laying about - used as an indoor shed.
Cupboard at top of stairs- used as additional wardrobe
Cupboard in bedroom 2- used as wardrobe
Cupboard in bedroom 3- used as wardrobe
Good views over leven from upstairs windows and sky light.
Neighbours are great- private let next door (long term renters) , 1 x council and one privately owned downstairs. All quiet. No dogs.
Low maintenance on the back garden. Drying area over grass and chips for bins to sit on.
Home is very quiet once inside and would not feel like in a marionette once inside.
Very close to shop/Chinese/chip shop/salon/play park and football fields. On local bus routes/school bus routes and in walking distance to town and beach.
Bad bits:
Stairs up to the property.
Off street parking due to how house sits in street.
No front garden
Back garden not adjacent to the property
Full house requires decoration and flooring.
Back garden not secure for pets/children
Honest bits:
Moved here in 2017 due to need at the time and hoped to move out by now.
Due to masionettes not being on any of the moving schemes I am still here. I miss having a garden and back door.
Had this house been downstairs I wouldn't dream to move.
I dont mind taking on a project as this house is far from perfect.
Looking for:
House or flat. Preferably with gardens and can get car near the house. I dont mind a project as mine is far from perfect.
Must have bath and shower or bath and some kind of shower overhead.
Prefer a quiet area.
